📜 Rules for Exclusive Digital Products

  • All products are 1-of-1 exclusive

    • Each product is created uniquely for you.

    • Once sold, it will not be resold to anyone else.

  • Tier Pricing Covers Standard Scope

    • 💰 Budget Exclusive: Simple, 1-of-1 digital items with minimal customization.

    • 💎 Standard Exclusive: Moderately complex 1-of-1 items with some customization.

    • 👑 Premium Exclusive: Fully polished, 1-of-1 items with maximum customization.

  • Extra Work Costs Extra

    • If your project exceeds the scope of the selected tier (e.g., longer videos, multi-page PDFs, multiple versions, extensive edits), additional charges apply.

    • You will always be notified and a custom quote confirmed before extra work begins.

  • Payment Process

    • Pay the chosen tier first to secure your order.

    • Extra fees for extended work must be paid before delivery of the additional content.

  • Communication & Approval

    • Major deviations or additional requests outside the selected tier require your approval of extra costs before we proceed.

  • Revisions & Refunds

    • Minor revisions within the scope of the tier are included.

    • Refunds are only available if the product is not delivered or there is a major issue with the work.
